HIT-I module postponed
Unfortunately we were not able to include the HIT-I module in Survey 2020-3. We expect to have this module included in Survey 2020-4. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Survey periods
As a result of the global COVID-19 crisis the ECAT Foundation has postponed the following surveys with two weeks:
Main survey 2020-M2
Lupus Anticogaulant survey 2020-L2
Antticoagulation survey 2020-A2
Homocysteine survey 2020-H2
ROTEM/TEG survey 2020-T2
Thrombin Generation survey 2020-TG2
PFA survey 2020-P2
The starting date of these survey is now scheduled on June 16th, 2020.
The closing date of these surveys is July 14th.
The samples will be dispatched a week before the starting date of these survyes.
All remaining Screen and D-Dimer surveys will be executed according the original survey schedule.
It is expected that for all other programmes the third survey will be excuted according to the original survey schedule.

Survey periods
Due to the current impact of the global COVID-19 crisis the ECAT Foundation has made the following decisions:
. The survey period of the first surveys of 2020 (2020-M1, 2020-L1, 2020-A1, 2020-H1 and 2020-T1) will be extended till 30 April 2020.
. The survey period for the first D-Dimer (2020-D1) and Screen surveys (2020-S1) will be from 30 March 2020 till 30 April 2020.
. The availability of the survey reports of all above mentioned surveys will be postponed. We do the utmost to prepare those reports as soon as possible after the closing dates of these surveys.
The following surveys will be postponed until further notice:
. 2020-M2 (Main); 2020-L2 (Lupus), 2020-A2 (Anticoagulation), 2020-H2 (Homocysteine), 2020-P2 (PFA), 2020-TG2 (Thrombin Generation), 2020-T2 (ROTEM/TEG).
As we do not currently know the duration of the COVID-19 crisis no information can be given yet about the expected start of the above mentioned surveys. We hope to resume our services as soon as we are able to do. We keep you informed.
Because participants have received the samples for the whole year, the second D-Dimer survey (2020-D2) and Sreen surveys (2020-S2) will continue as indicated in the Survey Schedule 2020.
From the DGKL we received the following information regarding the Molecular Biology surveys:
MG11/20, MG21/20 and DI1/20 surveys are extended to 18 April 2020.
SQ1/20 survey is extended to 25 April 2020.

COVID-19 virus
As a result of the current (global) situation around the COVID-19 virus and goverment regulations, the daily occupation of the ECAT office will be reduced till April 1st.
We do the utmost to keep everything running as usual. However, due to the reduced occupancy, it may take some days more before we can respond to your emails.
