Survey periods

Due to the current impact of the global COVID-19 crisis the ECAT Foundation has made the following decisions:

. The survey period of the first surveys of 2020 (2020-M1, 2020-L1, 2020-A1, 2020-H1 and 2020-T1) will be extended till 30 April 2020.
. The survey period for the first D-Dimer (2020-D1) and Screen surveys (2020-S1) will be from 30 March 2020 till 30 April 2020.
. The availability of the survey reports of all above mentioned surveys will be postponed. We do the utmost to prepare those reports as soon as possible after the closing dates of these surveys.

The following surveys will be postponed until further notice:
. 2020-M2 (Main); 2020-L2 (Lupus), 2020-A2 (Anticoagulation), 2020-H2 (Homocysteine), 2020-P2 (PFA), 2020-TG2 (Thrombin Generation), 2020-T2 (ROTEM/TEG).

As we do not currently know the duration of the COVID-19 crisis no information can be given yet about the expected start of the above mentioned surveys. We hope to resume our services as soon as we are able to do. We keep you informed.

Because participants have received the samples for the whole year, the second D-Dimer survey (2020-D2) and Sreen surveys (2020-S2) will continue as indicated in the Survey Schedule 2020.

From the DGKL we received the following information regarding the Molecular Biology surveys:
MG11/20, MG21/20 and DI1/20 surveys are extended to 18 April 2020.
SQ1/20 survey is extended to 25 April 2020.
